Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Physician Recruitment, and is responsible for full-service recruitment support throughout the organization, including licensed and non-licensed medical professionals, corporate staff, leadership, and other skillsets.

Requirements

  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to understand candidate requirements and establishes effective and creative sourcing initiatives
  • Fosters and cultivates relationships with operation's managers, key candidates, and talent pools for just in time sourcing and strategic long-term pipeline development
