Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Partner I plays an integral role in the growth of our organization and brand recognition and awareness. The role is responsible for driving execution of talent acquisition initiatives to attract the nation’s top talent.
What You Will Do
Full-cycle recruitment, building relationships with candidates, managing candidate expectations, and tracking talent acquisition metrics.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years’ recruiting experience
- Previous ATS, HCM and HRIS systems experience
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Facebook
- Strong sales and negotiating skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exceed goals, both independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; Spanish a plus
