Requirements

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - business, human resources, communications, or a related field
  • 5 year(s) full lifecycle recruiting or human resources experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to develop and execute sourcing tools and technologies based on business needs
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and determining priorities
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional candidate and client experience
  • Experience using a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Candidate Management System (CMS) database
