Job Description
Join the regional Talent Acquisition team at our Dublin, OH office as a Talent Acquisition Partner. The role will provide end-to-end Talent Acquisition expertise to our refineries, including talent strategy meetings, candidate and requisition management, while providing a high-level hiring leader and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders to understand priorities and deliver top talent.
  • Guide and coach hiring managers throughout the full hiring lifecycle to ensure timely, high‐quality talent decisions.
  • Lead full‐cycle Talent Acquisition, including intake meetings, sourcing, job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer recommendation development.
  • Manage the full offer process—compensation recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance, ensuring a strategic long‐term talent fit.
  • Support target recruitment strategies for the regional markets
  • Strengthen the Cenovus employer brand through community partnerships, agencies, and recruitment networks.
