Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven experience partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills
  • A track record of owning recruiting strategies end-to-end
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
  • Demonstrated success with direct sourcing strategies and modern recruiting best practices
  • Experience creating meaningful partnerships with community organizations, schools, or outreach programs
