Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with deep experience supporting Solution Sales and pre-sales hiring within a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) or IT solutions provider environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Solid understanding of solution-based selling models and how technical roles support revenue
  • Proven success sourcing passive, quota-carrying and technical pre-sales talent
  • Ability to credibly engage with Solutions Engineers, Architects, and Sales Leaders
  • Experience recruiting across multiple technologies (AI, cloud, infrastructure, workplace, security, services, etc.)
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
