As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent.

Requirements

Manage the full recruitment cycle for Mass Hiring requests including Blue Collar hiring
Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs
Source candidates using different recruitment channels including referrals and building talents pipeline
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract talents through various channels
Provide guidance and expertise on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices
Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and performance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information offline and in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Partner with Mass Recruitment Team Lead & Talent Acquisition Manager to educate management on recruitment processes and systems
