Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience
  • 2 years of experience within a warehouse environment
  • Extensive experience with sourcing/headhunting passive candidates
  • Candidate-centric mindset
  • Flexible mindset and the ability to work in an ever-changing work environment
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
