What You Will Do
Responsibilities include recruiting, building a talent network, addressing legal and compliance issues, training HR staff, selecting and hiring candidates, and maintaining a focus on the marketplace. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also manage the McKinstry College Recruiting program and drive continuous enhancements to candidate sites.

Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting for field, service, and labor positions
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in networking and familiarity with best search practices
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
