Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be part of a team that cares about you, your opinion, your added expertise, and allows you to coach and mentor junior recruiters. The role involves building a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities, addressing legal and compliance issues, and recruiting top talent.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include recruiting, building a talent network, addressing legal and compliance issues, training HR staff, selecting and hiring candidates, and maintaining a focus on the marketplace. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also manage the McKinstry College Recruiting program and drive continuous enhancements to candidate sites.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting for field, service, and labor positions
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in networking and familiarity with best search practices
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
