Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the UT Southwestern Medical Center. They will partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop creative staffing solutions, and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
What You Will Do
Responsible for all facets of Talent Acquisition for UT Southwestern Medical Center, including but not limited to tracking vacancies, monitoring applicant flow, developing effective advertising strategy, identifying appropriate applicant referrals, and assisting departmental management throughout the complete talent acquisition process.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with departments in assigned area(s) of Human Resources to identify issues, make recommendations, and implement policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of progressively responsible experience in one or more areas of talent acquisition
