Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent for the organization. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, this role ensures a seamless recruitment experience, fosters a diverse talent pipeline, and aligns hiring strategies with organizational goals.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with hiring managers, develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, source candidates, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in a corporate recruiting setting
• Prior experience with ATS Systems
• Experience recruiting for senior leadership and sales roles preferred
• High standard of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Good reasoning abilities and sound judgement
• Ability to build internal and external relationships and alliances across all levels
• Excellent customer service acumen
• Ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and execute parallel tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment
• Possess a high level of attention to detail
• Creative thinking to quickly resolve practical issues
• Opportunistic, innovative, and creative with a can-do mentality and high level of motivation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
