Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Ops or telennt requisition role
- Hands-on recruiting experience, including ATS and HRIS tools
- Experience supporting benefits, payroll, performance management, or employee relations
- Working knowledge of California employment law and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Uses AI tools to automate routine work and improve efficiency
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and frequently changing priorities
