Role OverviewThis position will work onsite at the Graham, Kentucky location. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a critical role in staffing Dyno Nobel's new state-of-the-art TNT manufacturing facility in Graham, Kentucky. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent through strategic sourcing, relationship building, and effective selection strategies while helping establish the workforce that will support the successful launch of the new plant and any future defense or energetics growth.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, proactively source active talent in areas of need, conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews, assist management with internal and external recruitment efforts, and represent Dyno Nobel at career fairs and hiring events.

We are looking for a self-driven and proactive individual with 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or defense. You should have a proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines through networking, community outreach, and innovative recruiting methods.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Manufacturing or defense experience preferred but not required
- Self-driven and proactive
- Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
- Ability to develop strong relationships with nearby organizations, schools, and other community groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
- Past recruitment and ATS experience required - Taleo preferred
