This is a unique opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional to help build the workforce that will launch and grow a new facility. You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent, supporting the commissioning and startup of the plant, and establishing the people and recruiting strategies that will drive long-term success.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, proactively source active talent, conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews, assist management with internal and external recruitment efforts, and represent Dyno Nobel at career fairs and hiring events.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We’re looking for a self-driven and proactive individual with 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or defense. You should have a proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines through networking, community outreach, and innovative recruiting methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Past recruitment and ATS experience required
