• Managing full life cycle recruitment efforts, as well as pipeline building and management
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Understanding the market, business strategy and priorities, to build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent
• Managing the flow of employee referrals and candidates
• Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values
