Job Description
This role will support the development and execution of targeted sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines and enable successful hiring outcomes across QBE North America. The individual will partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to drive efficient, data-informed recruitment processes while strengthening pipeline health across priority skill sets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or talent intelligence
  • Experience sourcing for complex or niche skill sets (underwriting, data science, actuarial, risk management, or executive role)
  • Demonstrated ability to build passive talent pipelines and engage candidates
  • Strong research and analytical skills with experience in talent mapping and market analysis
