Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist II responsible for the full life cycle of Talent Acquisition across multiple channels, providing creative and strategic solutions to support company hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and six (6) years Talent Acquisition/HR-related experience
  • OR Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years Talent Acquisition/HR-related experience
  • Recent experience working in Talent Acquisition and/or Recruiting for a global mining company
  • Proficient in Excel, to include experience with Formatting, Pivot Tables, and Formulas (e.g., V-LOOKUPs)
  • Broad knowledge of Freeport-McMoRan
