Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plans, develops, and implements recruitment strategies for assigned departments with a focus on a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates, exceptional internal and external customer support, process improvement, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • Three to five years of previous human resources/recruiting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of recruiting practices and exceptional leadership abilities
  • Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment
  • Ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
