Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring teams to deliver full life-cycle recruitment across technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles, building strong candidate pipelines and shaping a positive hiring experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience advising hiring managers on recruiting strategies, HR practices, and employment regulations (including OFCCP compliance)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing across digital and traditional channels
  • Experience using an ATS (UKG or similar HRIS platforms preferred)
  • Demonstrated success engaging and converting passive candidates
  • Ability to build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and personal accountability
  • Experience in either an in-house or agency recruiting environment
