Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring teams to deliver full life-cycle recruitment across technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles, building strong candidate pipelines and shaping a positive hiring experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments
Experience advising hiring managers on recruiting strategies, HR practices, and employment regulations (including OFCCP compliance)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing across digital and traditional channels
Experience using an ATS (UKG or similar HRIS platforms preferred)
Demonstrated success engaging and converting passive candidates
Ability to build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and personal accountability
Experience in either an in-house or agency recruiting environment
