Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vallourec, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to identify, engage, and hire top talent across the organization, building scalable systems and crafting content to help candidates opt in with eyes wide open.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 3-5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, or talent sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that attract diversified talent
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, requisition workflows, and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
