Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as part of the JT4, LLC Corporate Recruiting Team and provides direct support to hiring managers and senior executives to recruit qualified candidates and fulfill staffing requirements at all JT4 operating locations.

What You Will Do

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform various functions, including recruiting reports, meeting with hiring managers, participating in site visits, attending career fairs, and creating social media content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 2 years of related job experience (Level II)
  • At least 4 years of related job experience (Level III)
  • Prior experience recruiting candidates for technical positions
  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Regulatory Environment and Compliance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications
  • Planning/organizing skills, ability to work under deadlines
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented work and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Government security clearance
  • Valid, state-issued driver's license (Level III)
