Role OverviewAs our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own full cycle recruitment for City Wide Maintenance – Kansas City, hiring the hourly field team and independent contractors who keep our clients’ facilities running. You will partner closely with our operations leaders and the OneHR team, and your energy, persistence, and people skills will directly fuel our growth.
What You Will Do
Own full cycle recruitment for hourly field positions, onboard new janitorial cleaners, recruit and vet independent contractors, manage the Workable ATS and the Asana Recruiting Job Board, and partner with operations leaders and the OneHR team.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be a high-volume, hourly recruiting role; you’ll be sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding every week while keeping a Time-to-Fill of 12 days or less and adding 3–5 independent contractors to the pipeline each month.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in high-volume hourly, multi-site environments
- Business degree is a bonus, but not a must
- Facility services and union knowledge are highly preferred
- Outgoing, persuasive, and genuinely energized by connecting with new people every day
- Motivated by seeing your ideas in action and building positive, collaborative relationships
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
