Role OverviewWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Northern NJ area of the NY Metro market. In this role, you will play a key part in driving hiring efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers and local leadership to build high-performing teams that support our continued growth.
What You Will Do
Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies, source, screen, and interview candidates, manage the end-to-end recruiting process, build strong talent pipelines, and maintain an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (iCIMS experience preferred)
