Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various jobs across NC, SC, FL. The role involves developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process, collaborating with department managers, and identifying efficient and effective recruiting methods.
What You Will Do
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop job postings and advertisements, screen and prequalify candidates, schedule interviews, and prepare interview questions and other hiring materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of two years recruiting experience preferred
- Mental Health prior experience, a plus!
- Ability to think outside the box and bring forth new and innovative recruitment ideas to Thompson
- Strong desire to be part of a growing organization
