What You Will Do
The Talent Acquisition Specialist actively sources qualified active and passive candidates, conducts interview debriefs, and drives hiring decisions. They partner with hiring teams and leaders to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies and manage expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Skilled in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, able to multitask and rapidly solving problems in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a corporate environment or supporting field operations preferred
- Successful track record of hiring top talent, fast
- High Volume Recruiting experience, highly desirable
- Experience with recruiting in hospitality management, a plus
- Experience with HRIS and ATS programs or related applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools
