Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruiting across multiple PHS markets, including Florida, Ohio, Texas, Minnesota, and Kansas. This is a hands-on, fast-paced recruiting role for someone who enjoys building relationships, proactively finding talent, and managing a variety of positions and priorities at once.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of clinical, operational, and corporate positions, including Respiratory Therapists, nursing and other healthcare professionals, customer service and admissions team members, drivers, service technicians, and other roles that support our patients, families, and business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, home care, DME, clinical services, high-volume recruiting, or a similar environment, and experience managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions and locations simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, home care, DME, clinical services, high-volume recruiting, or a similar environment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions and locations simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience with proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting or sourcing technologies
- Strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnership skills
- Ability to establish credibility and effectively partner with hiring managers at different levels of the organization
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time-management skills
- Ability to independently prioritize work and adapt quickly as hiring needs change
- Comfortable supporting multiple markets and working with geographically dispersed teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where urgency, responsiveness, and teamwork are critical
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and employee information
