What You Will Do
Responsibilities include forging and expanding partnerships with academic institutions, developing innovative approaches to connect with diverse demographic groups, attending college career fairs, identifying top talent, and establishing relationships with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and marketing skills, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with ATS, HCM, and HRIS systems is preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 1+ years' experience in Recruiting, Sales or Marketing
- Previous ATS, HCM and HRIS systems experience preferred; Oracle Cloud a plus
