Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple positions concurrently in a non-discriminatory and fully compliant manner. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for current and future job openings.
What You Will Do
Recruit/source potential candidates through various social platforms, networking events, and job boards. Screen resumes for suitability, conduct initial phone screening interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

Requirements
- Application Tracking System experience preferred
- Sourcing experience in LinkedIn and Indeed preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in related curriculum and minimum 1 year human resources - recruiting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
