Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing recruitment efforts for assigned areas of At Home, providing support, knowledge, and tools for successful career placement. This role will develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for functional areas of the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent year for year experience
5 + years previous experience in exempt-level recruiting, negotiating compensation and closing deals
Retail field/corporate, restaurant field or search firm experience is strongly preferred
Analytical, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and strong communication skills
