Job Description
GEODIS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment team in identifying potential candidates for entry-level positions. The successful candidate will partner with recruiters, interview candidates, and maintain a tracking system for follow-up and reporting.

Requirements

  • Entry-level position; some experience and/or training helpful; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of the recruiting process
  • Knowledge of sourcing and networking options to identify candidates.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel
