Job Description
GEODIS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and provide sourcing support. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the recruiting process and sourcing options, with excellent communication and planning skills.

Requirements

  • Entry-level position; some experience and/or training helpful; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of the recruiting process
  • Knowledge of sourcing and networking options to identify candidates.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel
