Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the administration and management of talent acquisition programs and initiatives across the organization. This individual works closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to support hiring goals and strategic workforce initiatives.

Requirements

  • Conduct up to 30 phone screens per day
  • Manage the full-cycle hiring process for assigned requisitions
  • Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
  • Ensure adequate applicant flow for assigned positions
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to develop staffing strategies
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, background checks, drug screenings, reference checks, offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and electronic onboarding processes
  • Develop and maintain recruiting reports; communicate trends, data, and results to management, including contributions to HR dashboard reporting
