Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent, manage the full cycle recruiting process, and facilitate new hire orientation. The salary range is $70,000 - $80,000, plus bonus opportunity under the Karcher Incentive Plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience utilizing an applicant tracking system, Success Factors preferential
  • Two plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding, and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
