Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities that support organizational staffing goals. This role performs professional-level recruiting work directly related to business operations and exercises independent judgment in sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and hiring recommendations.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma
  • A minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting (managing both the Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience)
  • Proven experience with direct-sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Comfortable presenting & public speaking in front of large groups (New Hire Orientation)
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication and organizational skills
  • Self-accountable and self-motivated
  • Flu-vaccinated
