Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Manager, Talent and Development and will be part of the Talent & Development team. Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment and selection process of a requisition by identifying and utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for FGF for both corporate and manufacturing roles.
Requirements
Experience in Talent Sourcing; Recruitment; and Talent Management in skilled trades
Minimum of 2 -3 years’ US recruitment experience within both corporate and manufacturing environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/requisitions and high-volume recruitment focusing on skilled trades (Mechanics, Production, operations, Sanitation and QA )
Must be eligible to work for any employer in the US
In-depth experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools and tactics.
Experience with Talent Mapping/Pipeline building.
Excellent organizational, communication and relationship management skills.
Previous experience working with an ATS system (ICIMS preferred)
Able to work independently to achieve sourcing goals, while also working collaboratively with team members to generate ideas for networking, strategic sourcing, and candidate mapping.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
