The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day functions of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure deadlines are efficiently and effectively met.

Requirements

  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition team's day-to-day responsibilities
  • Report and resolve discrepancies or technical issues
  • Reallocate labor resources based on an influx in one or more areas of the Talent Acquisition process
  • Assist with various analyses and ad hoc projects
  • Perform the functions of the agent/recruiter as needed
