Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Human Resources Associate (Temp) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Korean and English and will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate input and maintenance of employee information in our HR system.

Requirements

  • Coordinate administrative activities related to HR data management to ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
  • Input and update employee information in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and organize HR records and documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Review and verify HR data, addressing and correcting discrepancies as needed.
  • Support the HR team by generating reports and summaries related to employee data.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR data and resolve any related issues promptly.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with HR tasks.
