Job Description
As a Talent Advisor at GEODIS, you will develop and implement a talent plan that supports business unit strategy, conduct strategy sessions with executives, and manage the employee's full talent lifecycle. You will also cultivate a network of relationships with highly qualified individuals, develop and manage a talent pipeline, and source top talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training
  • Experience in corporate recruiting
  • Experience in sourcing and networking to identify candidates
  • Experience building relationships with business leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk, and plans for action
