Source candidates through various channels, utilize Boolean search techniques, and develop candidate pipelines. Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of candidate pipelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing and recruitment
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Previous experience building multi-channel candidate pipelines supporting multiple business lines and positions
- Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as, have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
