Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across a Talent function by analyzing, transforming, and visualizing workforce and people-related data.
Requirements
Collaborate with Talent teams to support data-related initiatives
Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports
Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Talent-related data
Conduct ad hoc analyses and participate in special projects
Create and maintain instructional and user documentation
Partner with workforce systems and internal teams to integrate and optimize technology solutions
Benefits
Anticipated base salary range of $82,400 to $90,000
