Job Description
The Talent Development Associate supports the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development programs, with a focus on early career talent, including internship and externship programs.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field
  • Flexible and willing to travel between offices for training needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
