Support learning, development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives to strengthen employee capability, engagement, and performance in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Nonprofit Management or a related field
  • Compassionate, patient, and sensitive to the needs of people experiencing food insecurity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
