Job Description
Support learning, development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives to strengthen employee capability, engagement, and performance in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Nonprofit Management or a related field
Compassionate, patient, and sensitive to the needs of people experiencing food insecurity
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance
Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
