Job Description
The Talent Development Program Lead will integrate program and project details across multiple parallel workstreams, support the optimization of the onboarding process, and manage a high-volume student development program.

Requirements

  • ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor degree
  • SIX (6)+ year's of mission experience supporting intelligence community
  • Demonstrated experience with program and project management
