The Talent Development Specialist will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services by facilitating new employee orientation, supporting fellow trainers, and leading virtual trainings. The role requires experience in staff training or in-service presentation, with a proven track record in conducting virtual or web-based training programs.

Requirements

  • Experience/Education: 1-2 years of experience or education related to staff training or in-service presentation.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in conducting virtual or web-based training programs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and GoToMeeting.
