What You Will Do
Coordinate and support talent and organizational development programs, research and develop learning and development programs, serve as system administrator for learning and talent management platforms, and administer and support talent management programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, talent development, learning and development, human resources, employee engagement, or a related field
- Experience supporting employee development, onboarding, talent management, learning programs, or organizational development initiatives
- Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or employee development programs
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles and employee development practices
- Experience utilizing learning management systems, talent management systems, or other HR technologies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, ATD, or related credentials preferred
