Job Description
Talent Management Lead to own and enhance key talent processes such as leadership development initiatives and building a skills framework. Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption, enable growth, and embed a culture of continuous development and capability building across Bloomberg.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Human Resources
  • Experience in talent management processes, such as succession planning, potential assessment, performance evaluation, executive development and skills framework
  • AI literacy and fluency, including experience leveraging AI-powered tools, analytics platforms, or automation to improve processes, insights, or user experience
  • Experience identifying opportunities to responsibly integrate AI into business processes, including assessing risk, governance, and change implications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
