Job Description
Hill International is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee commercial activities on large construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves contract administration, claims management, budgeting, and supporting commercial strategy to ensure project profitability and compliance.
Requirements
Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Oversee preparation, submission, and negotiation of claims, variations, and change orders.
Support budgeting, cost control, and forecasting activities in coordination with project controls and finance teams.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
Monitor project financial performance and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
Prepare commercial reports, correspondence, and documentation for management and client review.
Participate in contract negotiations and advise project leadership on commercial implications.
Support dispute resolution and claims mitigation efforts.
Collaborate with procurement and legal teams as necessary.
Ensure all commercial activities align with company policies and contractual requirements.
