Job Description
Facilitate the selection and alignment of the Company's talent, administering COPT Defense recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle. Lead the full recruitment cycle, execute onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain workforce documentation and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience, with specialization in recruiting preferred
  • PC proficiency including Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn company specific software
  • Familiarity using HRIS, UKG Pro preferred
