Role OverviewEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting nurses and therapists. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building our workforce to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
What You Will Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for home health branches, develop and execute recruitment strategies, utilize various sourcing methods, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.

Requirements

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience using iCIMS is preferred
