Job Description
The Talent Specialist will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director to support current high-volume agency recruitment efforts for the Office of CRM, TECH, & APM & OENS. The Talent Specialist will conduct day-to-day recruiting activities, perform searches for qualified candidates, build relationships with industry sources, and create and maintain an applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Education and/or experience which is equivalent to '1' or '2' above
